Job Summary

V-TAC Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing general ledgers and financial statements, recording journal entries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Management: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Journal Entry Recording: Record and reconcile journal entries, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a college program in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as familiarity with Quick Books and Simply Accounting.
