Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and paper products.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a food service or retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a busy environment.
