About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Muskoka Landing. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication management and administration
  • Engage residents in activities and provide companionship
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent experience
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents' autonomy
