We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at North Horizon Holdings Inc. as a key member of our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and analyzing business needs from various business units, and leveraging the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to quickly find intelligent solutions to fulfill business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze business needs from various business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Platform-based solutions to automate and streamline business processes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, and presentations.
- Provide technical advice and training to users and team members on best practices for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements, document business processes and rules, and identify gaps between actual processes and ideal states.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 product usage.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions.
- Eye for UX design.
- Knowledge of software development principles and lifecycle.
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), Microsoft SharePoint (development), Microsoft 365 (application), Azure, PowerShell, MySQL.
