Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Test Technician to join our team at NHB Ball & Roller Products. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for conducting tests to ensure the quality of our products and detecting defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct non-destructive tests to ensure the quality of our products and detect defects
  • Interpret conductivity meters and visual indicators to identify potential issues
  • Use electromagnetic eddy current testing methods to inspect materials
  • Establish and maintain NDI techniques and calibration standards
  • Set up, calibrate, operate, and interpret various testing equipment, including magnetic particle, eddy current, liquid penetrant, acoustic emission, and infrared thermographic equipment
  • Develop and implement techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed test result reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Reliability and ability to maintain a high level of organization
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
