Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual operating objectives for the Regional Division
- Communicate effectively with division members, keeping them informed about division objectives, policies, and activities
- Establish standards of clinical practice for the Regional Division and ensure members work within established standards
- Recommend clinical and procedural privileges for medical staff appointments, renewals, and modifications
- Encourage continuing medical education and facilitate programs for division members
- Chair division meetings and promote a healthy, respectful workplace
- Investigate and document complaints regarding care provided by division members
- Contribute to the search and selection of applicants for vacancies in the division
- Establish a quality assurance/quality improvement structure and program for the Regional Department

Qualifications- Active privileges in Laboratory Medicine, Division of Anatomic Pathology
- Minimum 24 months experience as hospital site lead for Anatomic Pathology
