Loader Operator

Job Summary
The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the loader in accordance with Lafarge's Best Practices and Policies. This role will also involve performing daily tasks, such as loading rock trucks or primary hoppers, and ensuring the plant meets daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the loader to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Load rock trucks or primary hoppers to meet daily targets
- Ensure the plant and surrounding site are kept safe, presentable, and functional
- Perform daily inspections as part of the preventative maintenance program
Requirements
- Canadian secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial plant operation experience an asset
- Heavy equipment operation experience an asset
- Specific mobile equipment training
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions
This position requires working in a fast-paced industrial environment with regular exposure to heavy equipment and machinery.
