Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies and optimize store layouts.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
