Job Summary:
As a Store Manager at Groupe Dynamite Inc., you will play a key role in promoting a positive shopping experience, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business results through effective leadership and team management. Your primary focus will be on leading a high-performing team to achieve operational efficiency, drive traffic through digital platforms, and maximize store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive business results and promote a positive shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and improve store profitability
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with district sales supervisors and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment or equivalent management experience
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning
- Flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to changing business environments
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
- Social media skills, mobile device skills, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
