Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Sales Associate to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in maximizing sales and assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of the sales office and project.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the sales process in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to MLA's core values and customer experience standards.
- Build a strong brand experience for MLA's clients and prospective purchasers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist in prospecting and sales program-related duties, including prospecting calls, daily prospecting reports, traffic reports, database management, and contract management.
- Support the Sales Manager and Director of Sales in preparing for training sessions, ensuring all support staff are properly trained on project-related information.
- Ensure the sales centre is adequately supplied with marketing materials.
- Assist the Sales Manager with scheduling and managing database-related activities.
- 1-3 years of real estate experience, preferably in project marketing.
- An active real estate license with the REBGV.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office applications (Office 365).
- Experience with Avesdo, CRM's, and Asana is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
