Join Our Team as an Investment Analyst

We're a dynamic and innovative company, Cossette Media, seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining forecasting and actualized investment and revenue dashboards. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain media revenue forecast & actual for Cossette Media and Jungle Media across all offices.
  • Create Google Sheets for revenue tracking and add/remove clients as needed.
  • Build/update Dashboard in Google Studio and links to key Google Sheets (or other data visualization solutions).
  • Update dashboard with GAIA actuals on a monthly basis and provide business leads with reports relating to previous revenues/investments.
  • Build and maintain media spend projections & actuals.
  • Create Google Sheets for media spend projections and add/remove clients as needed.
  • Update dashboard with actuals.
  • Update forecast with any partner agreement actuals on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with partners to integrate their reporting formats cohesively with ours.
  • Set up quarterly RFQ meetings with Business Leads (BLs) + other ad hoc meetings.
  • Support/provide any Adtraq report or GAIA information needed by the Business Leads (BLs) to assist with their forecasting.
  • Conduct ad hoc media finance analyses to support the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite; especially Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with SQL programming an asset.
  • Experience with databases such as BigQuery an asset.
  • Media planning/buying experience an asset, however not required.
  • Familiarity with client budget management and reconciliation invoicing process as well as Mediaocean (media operations system) an asset, however not required.
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients' work and objectives.
