Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of veterinarians, ensuring they provide high-quality patient care while upholding the company's values.
- Medical Excellence: Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to implement best-in-class medical practices and standards.
- New Hire Integration: Ensure seamless onboarding and training of new veterinarians, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Performance Management: Plan and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, working closely with team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop key team members, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities and maintaining business continuity.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with veterinarians to address client complaints and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Professional Development: Identify training needs and plan activities to maintain team members' skills and knowledge up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance: Promote adherence to best practices and standards among team members, ensuring high-quality patient care and business outcomes.
- Pharmacy Management: Oversee the management of pharmacy and medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth and improvement, working closely with the leadership team.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
- Education and Experience: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with 5 years of experience in a general practice hospital.
- Stress Management: Strong ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
