Job Title: Concrete Finishing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team at J F S Contractors Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finishing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces. This includes loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
Work Environment:

The Concrete Finishing Assistant will work in various locations, including construction sites. The work environment will be physically demanding, with repetitive tasks and manual dexterity required.
