Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient operation, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation
  • Responsible for the general merchandise of the department and the care and safe use of any tools or equipment required
  • Support the Deli Manager with all tasks and duties, processing daily payables, operating the Point-of-Sale system, completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years Retail Deli experience
  • Previous Retail Supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
  • Believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
