Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to stand for extended periods.
