About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Labourer to join our construction team at Burns Lake Construction. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Work in a team environment to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
