- Supporting Financial Analysis: As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting month-end and forecasting analysis to drive key financial metrics and foster an environment of continuous optimization.
- FP&A Team Support: You will work closely with the FP&A team and independently across the company to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership, in core processes as well as on a project basis.
- Data Accuracy: You will ensure data accuracy in financial modeling for pricing, ensuring timely pricing for price changes to be executed and communicated to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: You will have a continuous improvement mindset to influence internal process improvements and controls and models.
- Ad Hoc Initiatives: You will assist the FP&A managers with other ad hoc initiatives such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, month-end reports, pricing, product line profitability, new product, SG&A, and inventory.
- MBA/CPA Preferred: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
- Finance Experience: At least 3 years of experience in finance roles, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
- Financial Modeling Skills: Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and create accurate models.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000/year
