About the Opportunity

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the company's financial planning and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct month-end and forecasting analysis to drive key financial metrics and foster a culture of continuous optimization.
  • Support the FP&A team and work independently across the company to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership, in core processes as well as on a project basis.
  • Ensure data accuracy in financial modeling for pricing, ensuring timely pricing for price changes to be executed and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Develop a continuous improvement mindset to influence internal process improvements and controls and models.
  • Assist the FP&A managers with other ad hoc initiatives such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, month-end reports, pricing, product line profitability, new product, SG&A, and inventory.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/CPA preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulations
What We Offer

Vaco offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000/year and a dynamic work environment.
