Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Market Analyst to join our Data Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on commercial property sales in the Greater Vancouver Area, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on commercial property sales, including online and phone-based research
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, including brokers, stakeholders, and developers
  • Contribute to the publishing of weekly newsletters and data in Canadian publications
  • Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Past experience in the brokerage industry is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
