Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Pasqualina Garritano. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Will train

Work Setting:

  • Work in employer's/client's home
