Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Monica Asuncion. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Stock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Clean windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and offices. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our clients' spaces.
