Job Title: Sr RFIC Design Engineer

At Skyworks, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr RFIC Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Module Design Team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge RFIC circuits for our wireless module solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and verify RFIC circuits for multi-chip, multi-technology wireless module solutions.
  • Collaborate with a team of EM Design Engineers, Lab Technicians, Validation/Optimization Engineers, Test Engineers, and Package Engineers to tackle complex RF front-end issues.
  • Analyze design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance.
  • Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • BS degree and 5+ years of experience in RFIC design.
  • Deep understanding of RF theories and concepts, including S-parameters, transmission lines, matching circuits, couplers, dividers, bias circuits, etc.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Keysight ADS, Cadence ADE, EMX, ADS Momentum, HFSS, etc.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team and deliver according to product requirements and schedule.
