Job Description

As a Branch Floater at Chit Chats, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our branches. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance adherence, and you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for processing shipments meticulously, navigating our platform with ease, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

You will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and organizational skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Greet customers, represent Chit Chats' brand and values, and develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Compliance and Logistics: Ensure shipments comply with customs laws, process shipments accurately, and maintain a clean and tidy branch.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform receptions, administrative tasks, and handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain incoming and outgoing client returns.
  • Compliance Reviews: Ensure compliance of shipments and reviews are completed thoroughly and accurately.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support Drivers with loading and unloading freight.
  • Perform fulfillment tasks as needed (picking, packing, shipping, charging, etc.) from within the Branch.
  • Assist with opening and closing branches as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean CVOR.
  • Minimum three years of commercial driving experience.
  • Working knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
