Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Hub International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Client Development Specialist with new builder membership applications, including client follow-up and documentation.
- Introduce builder members to our database system, providing training and assistance as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builder members, serving as a subject matter expert on new home warranty.
- Collect builder fees, risk premiums, and collateral security as per terms and conditions.
- Make renewal and expiry calls to existing clients, ensuring timely applications and submissions to Underwriting.
- Review and enter completion certificates, uploading incomplete documents to registration.
- Review enrollments and collect supporting documents for new home registrations.
- Complete membership changes, including updates to contact information and collection of necessary documents.
- Work with the Client Development Specialist to quote and cross-sell insurance.
- Maintain a current understanding of relevant home warranty insurance regulations.
- Provide builders with guidance on their obligations and requirements under home warranty protection regulations.
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other standard business software.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Experience in New Home Warranty, Real Estate conveyancing, Insurance, and/or Construction is an asset.
- Post-Secondary education is an asset.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Punjabi is an asset.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00.
