About the Role

Svante is a rapidly growing clean energy technology company making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plant Process Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, commission, test, and optimize carbon capture gas processing plants for various industrial applications.
  • Support early engagements & technical discussions with potential customers as part of the Business Development/Sales Team support.
  • Responsible for all project-related basic process engineering deliverables of Svante's licensing technology package for a specific project.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of experience in development, design, and operations of chemical processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and process simulation software (Hysys and Aspen).
  • Strong technical background with process knowledge of gas processing, and steam generations systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with solvent based CO capture plants using Selective Chemical Absorption Solvents and Thermal Kinetic Optimization process or relevant experience in gas separation processing or gas power plants.
  • Strong technical background with process knowledge of CO capture technologies.
