Veterinary Assistant Opportunity

Bedford Parks Animal Hospital, a leading veterinary hospital in Bedford, NS, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

  • Assist the veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments, including processing payments and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and patients.
  • Create a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients and adapt to changing situations.
  • Take initiative and work independently to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of reception areas, pet holding areas, and common areas.
  • Develop a strong understanding of veterinary services and medical office procedures.
