Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at JDHM nettoyage inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of our facilities
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in wet/damp environments
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
