Job Overview:
A Store Manager at RW&CO. will lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Reporting to the District Manager, this role is responsible for directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based store environment. A proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance is essential. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education being an asset.
You'll also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
What We Offer:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $66,000 per year (rate may be greater based on relevant experience). Our benefits package includes paid time off, flexible days, vacation, and additional perks like monthly bonus potential, opportunities for advancement, and tuition reimbursement.
