Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Tradesperson - Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed layouts and plans in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools
  • Cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Schedule and coordinate work on-site, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, adhering to strict timelines and budgets
Required Skills and Qualifications
