About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Integration Specialist to join our Implementation Services team at D2L. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements and creating efficient workflows to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and create efficient workflows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay updated with the latest Workato features and industry trends
  • Enhance integration solutions to improve overall efficiency in our consulting services
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: Business Intelligence tools, XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
