About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Integration Specialist to join our Implementation Services team at D2L. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our products with our customers' systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and create efficient workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system reliability through thorough testing and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workato features and industry trends to continuously enhance integration solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies.
  • Database knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence tools, XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, and SQL are considered assets.
