About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven leader to join our team as Head of Data Strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap to maximize data capabilities, controls, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate direct reports through ongoing performance development
  • Develop data strategy and processes, including sources, design, and structure, data integrity, and governance
  • Transform data and information into insights that inform high-level strategy and tactical decision-making
  • Develop and execute a plan to maximize real-time/near real-time monitoring and controls for transaction flow
  • Implement business intelligence and analytics solutions and gain support of multiple stakeholders
  • Influence business process changes to support an efficient and cost-effective business operations environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading data analytics and strategy in a financial services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business intelligence, data science, economics, engineering, or statistics; Master's degree preferred
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing data frameworks and driving continuous improvement
  • Expert communication skills and ability to influence leadership
  • Knowledge of banking and industry financial metrics
  • Exceptional project management skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $225,000 and $275,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
