Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at GALAXY FREIGHTLINE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop accounting and related clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any work problems that may arise.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work to team members, review their progress, and provide technical advice and guidance as needed.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
