Restaurant Manager Job Description

Saskatchewan Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profitability and make informed business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to manage costs and resources.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans, promoting our brand and increasing customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and control inventory, managing stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Manage customer relationships, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve business performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Point of Sale systems, and Spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
