Restaurant Manager Job Description

SASKATCHEWAN LTD. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits, develop budgets to determine costs, and evaluate daily operations to optimize performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, monitor staff performance, and set work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point of sale systems.
