We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Vancouver or Toronto, who will support the sales team in developing strong relationships with institutional clients and prospects.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Client Support – Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests from institutional clients.
  • RFP & Due Diligence Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve efficiencies in RFP, DDQ, and other due diligence processes.
  • Sales Materials Creation – Collaborate with the sales team to develop engaging sales materials, including pitchbooks, investment proposals, and other marketing collateral.
  • Pipeline Maintenance – Ensure accurate records of prospects and client interactions, sales pipeline updates, and engagement metrics within the CRM system.
  • Meeting Preparation & Execution – Assist senior sales team members in preparing for client meetings, drafting briefing materials, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Event Representation – Represent Pender at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events to establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work closely with portfolio managers, product specialists, and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of investment strategies.
  • Competitive Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business development efforts.
