They are looking for a " Senior Director, Strategic Relationships Financial Institutions " for their Cash Transportation division.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales, strategy and planning for the Cash Services division
  • Develop and manage account plans and sales strategies
  • Provide feedback on sales progress and alternative strategies
  • Conduct sales, presentations and relationship building with customers at senior levels
  • Manage the sales cycle through qualification, evaluation, proposal and ROI
  • Drive revenue to ensure targets are met
  • Increase market share by proactively sourcing and closing new business
  • Assist the team with value proposition and executive briefings
  • Develop sales strategies that will achieve sales targets
  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential prospects and continually grow this pipeline
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure productivity
  • Effectively generate interest within each targeted account
  • Manage, track and monitor account performance
  • Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop new markets
  • Compile commercial proposals and negotiate contractual agreements
  • Represent the company's core values and business principles.

Skills and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience with complex and long sales cycle management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business management
  • Experience in strategic sales development focused on Financial Instituations
  • Good leadership skills, expertise in structuring, executing, negotiating and developing accounts
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to articulate competitive differentiation.
