Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Technology Consulting practice within KPMG's Information Management and Data & Analytics group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data strategies, leading client engagements, and collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy Development: Create and present comprehensive data strategies, roadmaps, and operating models to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Client Leadership: Lead client engagements, assessing and improving data quality, implementing data management capabilities, and managing data migrations, all while providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across KPMG's global network to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Completed MBA or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Data Science.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment or delivering data management solutions within an organization.
  • Skills and Abilities: Superior communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in data quality analysis, transformation, mapping, and cleansing. Familiarity with governance and data management standards, such as DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, and DCAM.
  • Certifications and Designations: Industry-recognized designations, such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, Azure Cloud Solution Architecture, or CDMP, are highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $98,000 to $127,000, commensurate with experience, location, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program, including health benefits, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
