Job Summary

KROWN CONCRETE CUTTING & CORING INC. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
