Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food products meet our quality control standards, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
