Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled English Language Instructor to join our team at Aifabot Inc. as a High School Teacher - English as a Second Language.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to high school students learning English as a second language.
  • Train and mentor student teachers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to teach English effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to share best practices in English language instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of high school students learning English as a second language.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience teaching English as a second language to high school students.
  • TESL/TELF/TESOL certification and Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
