Job Title: English Language Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Instructor to join our team at Aifabot Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a second language to students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train teaching assistants to ensure high-quality instruction and student support.
  • Develop and implement engaging course content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
  • Prepare and present subject material according to an approved curriculum, ensuring that students meet their learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or linguistics.
  • 3-5 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in an international setting.
  • TESL/TELF/TESOL certification and a provincial or territorial teaching certificate.
  • Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
