Job Description

The Mental Health Clinician works as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating on the delivery of care for individuals, families, and communities. Responsibilities include intake, clinical interviews, and screening of clients with addiction and mental health disorders.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in social work with education in mental health assessment, brief counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Active or eligible registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college

Experience and Training

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience providing crisis intervention in a community setting, preferably with formal clinical training in triage, intervention, and stabilization.

Salary and Location

This role is based in Edmonton and offers a competitive salary estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
