Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Mamacitas Mexican Restaurant and Lounge Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a personalized and attentive service.
  • Provide customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as we offer on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of physical activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Availability to work 30 to 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
