Job Title: Security Supervisor

Viking Security Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and making recommendations for upgrades or repairs as needed.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
