Located in Hamilton, the Hydrology Engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will engage in a variety of responsibilities primarily centered around stormwater management. You will collaborate with a team that provides expertise and services to both private and public sector clients throughout the Hamilton, Halton, and Niagara regions and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Engineering team at Tulloch, your duties will include:
Completing, verifying, and reviewing technical outputs such as reports, technical notes, drawings, and engineering calculations Developing plans, proposals, specifications, supporting documents, reports, and permit applications Collaborating with the team to create site plan preparation documents, including site services, grading, drainage, and stormwater management Effectively managing all aspects of water management projects, including stormwater management, sewer design, drainage and hydrology, wastewater conveyance, potable water distribution, earthworks, transportation, and cost estimation Overseeing junior engineering and design personnel during project execution, while providing mentorship and guidance to your team Preparing preliminary and final designs for linear infrastructure, roads, and streets Drafting plans for site servicing, grading, drainage, and subdivision agreements Designing onsite sewage disposal systems and private water supplies Engaging with clients, fostering client relationships, and promoting business development Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a P.Eng. license and have:
Over 8 years of relevant experience in water resources engineering Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software Proficiency in stormwater management tools such as MIDUSS, PCSWMM, and HEC-RAS A solid understanding of procedures, drafting principles, design, and engineering skills Comprehensive knowledge of municipal design standards for site plan and subdivision developments Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A valid Class G driver's license

The successful candidate will have a postsecondary degree in Water Resources or Civil Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should demonstrate:
