About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Creative Explorer's Daycare Ltd. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including daycare equipment and facilities.
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Lead activities that promote learning, creativity, and socialization, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Support early childhood educators in maintaining accurate records and reports on children's progress.
  • Encourage children to develop essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms for meals and rest periods.
  • Monitor children's behavior and development, and communicate with parents and guardians as needed.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in early childhood education.
  • 1 year of experience working with children in a daycare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
