We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Harman Elite Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Provide expert advice to clients on colour selection and wall covering options.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting and decorating projects.
- Assist with the settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
- 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
