Landscaping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Stubborn Taurus Renovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, as well as organize and schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including the repair and maintenance of equipment, and the requisition or ordering of materials and supplies.
- Supervise a team of 1-2 people, including contractors, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
