Job Title: Landscaping Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Team Lead to join our team at Stubborn Taurus Renovations. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
- Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance
- Plan and estimate labour and materials
- Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, including contractors
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Manual dexterity
- Excellent oral communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Work outdoors
- Physically demanding
- Handling heavy loads
